Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Trinidad, CO crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.

We carry snap traps, one-way exclusion doors, thermal cameras for locating nest zones, and sanitation supplies for post-removal cleanup. Each exclusion job comes with before-and-after documentation of the sealed gaps, so you know exactly what was done and where.
Ground-level burrow treatment and foundation-gap sealing for the larger rats typically found near woodpiles, sheds, and crawl spaces.
We trace roof rat entry to soffit vents and roofline gaps, sealing those before setting attic traps.

We prioritize mechanical trapping and exclusion over rodenticide when possible, especially around homes with pets or children.
